If you are subscribed through your PayPal account, you will need to log in to your PayPal account, navigate to the subscriptions part where you will find Up over and downunder  #boxmeup  you can cancel your subscription here.

Please note: If you don't want next month's box, you must cancel your subscription at least 3 working days prior to the date of your direct debit to avoid being billed and receiving the next box.

If you change/update your address, please also send this to us in an email to ensure that all the information we have is correct and up-to-date to ensure that your Box doesn't get delivered to your previous address.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the goods back, please note we will refund the amount for goods paid minus the postage.

Please note we are unable to offer return postage unless items are damaged or faulty.

We do not offer refunds on pre paid subscription boxes or surprise boxes.
